Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Baby Gallery! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please go through the following details:

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 5 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in its original condition with all the tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team within 5 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in its original condition with all the tags and packaging intact.

We do not offer exchanges for innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5 days.

The refund will be processed through the same payment mode used while placing the order.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will initiate the refund through bank transfer.

Note:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased during sales or promotional events.

The shipping charges for the return or exchange will be borne by the customer, except in cases of product defects or incorrect product delivery.
